Daily Doses: Des A Boda “Ponytail” From Ukrainian Pearl (2011)

You’re blowing up, that’s good, fantastic.

Cultus Vibes is establishing quite the lineup. The latest “acquisition” of “that other canadian collective” is Des A Boda who will be releasing their EP through the label some time this month.

There are some points in the more sing-centric portions of this track where a little more… tunefulness might be nice. But then there’s those moments like the exit from the bridge at around the 2:00 mark, and that kick in for the outro 2:30 mark, where you realize these kids might just be having the most fun you’ve ever had in your life.

And that makes those little problems seem a lot more insignificant.
